MADE Community

During my time as Head of digital content at MADE Community, I have worked hard to ensure that our organization stays true to its mission of celebrating and empowering creatives of color. I have overseen the planning and execution of numerous successful live events, including our MADE inaugural summit, workshops, and gatherings, that showcase the stories and talents of underrepresented individuals and communities.

In addition, to live events, I have also been responsible for creating compelling digital content that highlights the work of our community builders. Through the production of our award-winning Brooklyn Talks videos, we have been able to amplify the voices of many creative entrepreneurs and give them a platform to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs.

Some of the most notable collaborations we have had to date, are Nikole Hannah Jones and Derrick Adams, partnering with Malik Yoba, Angela Yee, and the Brooklyn Borough Presidents’ Office. These partnerships have allowed us to reach wider audiences and further promote the work of our members.

Overall, I am proud to play a key role in helping MADE Community, a 501c3, achieve its mission and promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in creative entrepreneurial industries.
