About Louisa

LouisaHeadshot-1

With over 15 years of experience as a versatile director, screenwriter and producer, I have crafted award-winning short films like ‘Family Time’ which featured at the American Black Film Festival and 'Mila and Mimi Too' that not only won the Lionsgate Female Storytellers competition, but premiered at HBO's Women in Comedy Film Festival, and won Best Screenplay at The Broad Humor Festival. Additionally, my work on the impactful MADE Talks documentary series earned recognition with a social impact award.

Laurels

Copywriting, storytelling, making it real.

I have partnered with prominent brands, including Bacardi, Soho Works, and Real Savvy Moms, producing compelling content in corporate storytelling. My diverse background enables me to create engaging narratives across various platforms. Additionally, I support entrepreneurs of color through my work with MADE Community.

I proudly call Brooklyn my home, where I reside with my husband and two sons.
